Well, you get one single action, which does not have to be a standard action, it could be a minor or a move action instead. (Which is kind of implied since you can "downgrade" a standard to a move or a minor, but just in case I thought I'd state it explicitly.)

I hope you like your newfound responsibilities Kal. I know I'm probably not the only one that recommended you. I should be done with all the OT within a month, so I should resume my normal judgely duties then.

I'm loving my new responsibilities actually, cause I don't really see them as "responsibilities", more like... the ability to help out a huge group of people, make even more friends on the boards, and make myself 10 fold more knowledgeable about the game. The icing on the cake is that now my YES and NO actually matters! ;) *droools* uggghhhhhh... sacred colors.....ugggghhhhh

And on a second note, thanks for all of your confidence guys/girls! I really appreciate this chance to help out!

how does storm pillar work over here? :-S Elec-Squall will be using it and I need to know if it can be placed mid-air, and if so what does that cause. Do enemies get saving throws if I thunderwave them into the squares?

Please explain the power as if I'm completely ignorant as to it's effects and applications. B-)

Thanks!

Boo...

In an attempt to give Storm Pillar some semblance of balance, my table top group ruled that it had to be placed on the ground, and that forced movement didn't trigger it. However, I don't know if either of those are backed up by actual rules as much as by a desire to not have encounters being dictated by an at-will power.

Even with the above limitations, it has proven a fantastic power. It is a good deterrent, and it can completely block off bottlenecks like doors, bridges, and one square wide corridors.

I don't see why enemies would get saves vs the pillar.

Pardon me for not wading through the pages of this thread, but there is no allowance for playing LEB in any format other than PbP, is there? That would be awesome, especially since it seems that the people playing LEB are into Eberron on some level. Thanks.

This is ENWorld's PbP section; non-PbP would be elsewhere. No reason no one couldn't play an Eberron game elsewhere, of course, but this isn't a Living FR type organized play system.

Thanks for the prompt response stonegod. Where would I go to discuss the possibility of a online-only, ENWorld-community driven living style game, Eberron or otherwise?
