The stat mods don't stack, but by the *letter* of the rules, the BAB increases do.

What about temporary hit points? Both spells grant it, so you gain it from both, right?

According to the FAQ temporary hp from multiple sources do not stack.

I just looked through the most recent FAQ. I see nothing that addresses temporary hit points.

with two weapon fighting & blinking & expert tactician you can get in a lot of attacks.

Yeah - that's the big thing about the combo. It's not the fact that you're getting a big attack bonus out of it - it's the potential for a BAB of up to +30. That's 6 iterative attacks as a base, before haste or speed effects, two weapon effects, and any other sort of extra-attack effect.
