Legend of the 5 Rings: 3rd edition is out, Anyone seen it?

I see that 3rd edition L5R is out and while I have the previous versions, I'm not too sure I want to go back to the previous versions, espicially since I still have all the books from those editions on my shelf.

So has anyone got this book yet?

Any good?

How different is it from the previous AEG versions? Did they keep anything from the D20 verson? And can I read over your shoulder till I find an extra $40 laying around?

Yes, it was released yesterday (and I do mean Monday, Memorial day!) What a way to release a book, when many stores are closed and there is no shipping. We had to sit on the book since friday.
