D&D General Legends of Greyhawk: Elemental Evil Rising drops on D&D Beyond

D&D Beyond has posted a trio of Legends of Greyhawk adventures to their marketplace.

"Uncover something foul lurking in the shadow of the Temple of Elemental Evil with these three single-session adventures, approved for play in the Legends of Greyhawk organized play campaign or for use as compelling one shots for your home games."

The adventures appear to be the same ones that Baldman Games has been running at conventions for roughly the past year. The product also points to a Legends of Greyhawk homepage, which is not yet active.

The previews on the site are useless. I have no idea what these adventures are at all.....other than short and levels 1-4.
They all take place around the area of the Temple of Elemental Evil in Greyhawk and have loose connections together. They run 1-4, and set up what I assume is the larger plot thread for the Legends of Greyhawk campaign as a whole.

The adventures have been previewed at conventions, and you can probably find more info on them by googling their names, which are:

  • A Village Called Hommlet
  • Darkness in Nulb
  • Ruins of the Moathouse

Ahh I wanted to check those 3. I was originally going to run them at an Edmonton convention, but I suddenly lost my ability to get a ride there and couldn’t attend. So glad I will be able to check them.

From reading the Village Called Hommlet so far, it seems fun. It's a bit of a reimaging of the original with some Modern D&D things in it. Like how 3 of the village children are Tieflings born to the townsfolk seven years ago due to the lingering demonic magic of Zuggtmoy. Also the spies and infiltrators are not necessarily the same people as they were in the original.

Like Zert for example is not a spy for the Temple but a agent of Furyondy though he's still evil in mentality.
