Sorry about that - I answered my own question (so to speak!) and so changed it - must have coincided with your answer.

I'm also not seeing the Campaign Guide's printer-friendly version. I'm logged in, synched up, and its not there. Well, there's a link there, that shows a 0 MB file, and when I download it, I get a deliver.php file.

I'm pretty sure that's what Waylander is talking about.

That's right! Sometimes I'm amazed at my inability to get what I mean across!
