That'll do for checks. Capizzio searches around and is quite certain that there is no way out of the chambers that you are in now. Hmmm, how did you get in here, again?

We are in a 30 x 30 room that had a tough trap and lock. We came from the room we were teleported into.

Do I have this right?

There is a red semi-circle painted on the floor in the northwest corner with a rune-image of a door inscribed above it.

Kerlan goes to inspect the "door" and semi-circle, using Detect Magic if needed.

The Vault of Larin Karr -- "Door" and semicircle

Kerlan doesn't need to cast Detect Magic because of the similarity of this set-up to the previous teleportation portal that brought you here. Kerlan surmises that this is a portal similar to that one, and that all within the circle will be teleported somewhere when the rune-image of the door is touched. The question in Kerlan's mind is 'teleported to where?'

Hmmm... I wonder if there is a way to tell....

Cappizzio studies the teleportal and uses detect magic to examine it beyond his normal sight. He tries to determine where it will send them.
