Francheska and Capizzio can both easily discern that this stone formation that serves so well to conceal the passageway beyond is not of natural origin, but rather was produced by sculpting with magic! And moreso, both of them independently notice very large initials, LK, sculpted cunningly into the pattern of the flowstone, each letter being some fourteen feet across.

When Capizzio passes through the cunning portal and follows Simeon into the passage beyond, he can tell that this narrow passage proceeds up an ever-so-slight grade as you progress along it.
