The glowing, red eyes call to Kerlan's mind a certain type of undead, one that is a host for a certain type of invasive and horrible plant.

"Invisible undead making plants? Wouldn't surprise me at all given the odd things we've seen. Maybe he studied zombies to figure out how to make that golem? Best be on our guard. The plant might be located behind a hidden door or hatch in the ceiling."
