D&D 4E Lend your voice! The 4e House Rule Wishlist

I would like to see rules for guns (muskets, et al) that make them:
1) as good as (but not better than) longbows;
2) different than longbows;
3) viable for rangers without resorting to excessive multi-shot silliness that doesn't make much sense for a muzzle-loader

I would also like to see some simple (and mostly discretionary) long-term injury rules based on the disease mechanic that have a nasty feel without being dehibilitating to PCs. Ideally, these rules would rarely come into play so long as PCs have access to good healing skills and can afford to rest for a couple days after an unusually nasty fight, but would be relevant if they got into a bad scrape in a bad environment (like a swamp) or didn't have access to healing skill/magic.

cleric flavor

More deity-specific feats, powers, and rituals for clerics of different gods.

The channel divinity feats in the PHB are a good start, although I wish they came automatically with the class. But they're very minor since they fit the feat balance scale. There could be paragon and epic-tier feats along these lines, but I'd rather see the feats be non-power based things that match the appropriate god.

And then, have some actual powers which are deity-specific which the cleric class can choose. Perhaps they'd be available to any cleric but work better in the right hands (like many of the warlock powers do for their pacts), but more-specific options would be stronger.

And then, some rituals which represent the particular work of a given church, which would be available to any follower of that god, not just clerics.
