two of my players(they have really good rolls) have plus ten to hit with two weapon fighting(including magically enhanced weapons of +1)

are they over powered in your opinion?

More seriously? I call shenanigans. BAB +5, weapon magic enhancement +1, weapon focus +1, and -2 with TWF feat means they'd need a +7 from their Strength, or a STR 24, which you can't roll and can't buy in point buy. I'd ask the DM to do an audit because either you are forgetting a number of situational modifiers or they are making math mistakes. This isn't cheating, because it's far too outrageously off to think that you could get away with it for long.

BAB +5
Weapon focus +1
Enhancement bonus +1
Two weapon fighting -2
Sum +5

So they need to find a +5 bonus somewhere. Do they have a 20 Str or a 20 Dex and weapon finesse? In that case the numbers seem about right.

I think your math's off. They only need a +5 from strength. Now, depending on what race the characters are, that's not impossible at fifth level. In fact, that works if either of them put a 17 into their strength or dex. +2 for race (half-orc or elf w/ weapon finesse) and +1 at level 4 gets them to +5 total attribute bonus. Alternately, one or both of them could have an item of +2 to any one attribute. At 2,000 gp, that's not unreasonable at fifth level.

That´s nothing special as others have pointed out. Halflings and elves do have that regularly in my games.

Add in a bard with Inspire Courage +2 or +3 and PBS and they´ll hit much better with several shots.

I'm surprised that no one has pointed out that if they do in fact have 20 strength, they are MUCH better off with a two-handed weapon.

Also note: A halfling or gnome with weapon finesse only needs an 18 dex (due to small size)... which is pretty easy for a halfling to get by 5th level.
