Level adjustment for non-standard PC races

I am trying to find the rules for level equivalency for non-standard (monster races). The DMG only has a handful, and is most notably missing Drow and Duergar. I could have sworn I saw a more comprehensive list in one of my books but I haven't been able to find it. Anyone know where to find this info?

DRow and Duergar are +2 and they are both statted like many others with the appropriate ECL in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. (FRCS)

Dragon Magazine #293 has the suggested ECL for almost every creature in the Monster Manual, though it does seem to not have covered the Drueger (unless the magazine was treating them as a typical dwarf...)

Yeah, but those ECLs are absolutely mind-bogglingly insane. ECL races tend to be a bad fit for spellcasters in general, and any warrior type who loses that many levels for ECL is completely unplayable.

Since I'm relatively liberal with low ECL races (Aasimar/Drow), I use the system I listed here.
