In the 3.5 MM does Level Adjustment "-" mean no level adjustment, or that they just don't feel like telling you 'cause they don't think it would make a good character?
The reason for this is that the monster is either to difficult to play (no fingers, no speach, and the like) or that the ECL would be so high that it had no place in the normal game (which is 20th-level tops).
