I'm confused as to why this was called spam as well. I find this intriguing and have downloaded the file to read through later.

Note that there is an error in the table, because I changed the additional costs and forgot to update the medium and high cost categories accordingly, but just adding the additional costs to base costs gets the right numbers anyway. I will change this in the next update as well as add the 'design commentary', but it may wait a while, since I still have some more work to do before my Christmas holidays begin.
