Hmm, Why not cleric until you get caster level 20 and then Wizard? Once you are caster level 20 nothing great will happen with taking the lower levels of cleric until you get to be an Epic cleric.

1. Max out Cleric caster level
2. Then take the rest in Wizard
3. ??????
4. Have a boatload of spells!

If the GM doesn't let me take levels in Epic Master of True Iron (the prestige class) I guess I will take levels in Wizard once Cleric gets to 20th caster level...mainly because I don't have any metamagic feats to benefit from the higher level spell slots.

Cedric

Epic Cleric should give more feats than core Wizard.

OTOH, if your DM doesn't allow to continue the PrC as an epic class he probably doesn't allow the same for the core class either! But you never know... ;)

Ok, total change of plans...

My GM is not going to allow me to take my prestige class above 10 levels, cause he isn't sure he wants me to be the preiminent artificer in all of Greyhawk by that large of a margin.

However, I can take prestige classes from DoTF, Epic and Deities and Demigods...along with the Hierophant Prestige Class.

And I need to move up to 33rd level...Obviously I am going to want 5 levels of Hierophant, that's just too nice...but what else might I want?

Nice. Hmm, maxed out 3 PrC's so far. Now, I know somebody will disagree. :) When you get the chance to play him, I hope you have a blast!
