First in round 435 for Lawful Good is a sacred watcher (Book of Exalted Deeds). It is the same as the ghost from the Monster Manual except that instead of the malevolence ability it can add 2d8+5 positive energy to an attack five times a day. This heals living creatures, but damages undead, which probably will not come into play against Neutral.

A ghostly fighter outlined in a shimmering sky blue light wafts slowly into the arena to 60N35E20Z. Giles the Sacred Watcher is manifested, has his sword sheathed, but his shield is readied.

A human-shaped and sized creature in full plate flies effortlessy into the arena to 60N100E10Z. She has silvery-gray skin like rain clouds and her eyes crackle with blue electricity. She is wielding a sparking longbow, which she fires at Giles. Kisha would have hit (rolled 18), but the arrow goes clear through Giles. Giles is first in round 436.

Giles charges to 60N95E15Z, if that allows him to hit Kisha. He will not use the healing property of his touch. He will still fly there even if he can't attack.
