LGJ - The Gem of the Flaness series.

Just to be clear, I will finish the City of Greyhawk project in some fashion, at some as-yet-unknown time in the nebulous future. I cannot guarantee that it will be as part of Dungeon magazine, since I think a dozen 10-page treatments of Greyhawk's quarters written by me would be seen as rather self indulgent by the majority of Dungeon's readers.

What's more likely is a number of adventures set in Greyhawk, with supplementary material available online, or something like that.

There will be plenty of cool Greyhawk bits in upcoming issues of Dungeon, but I don't want to give the impression that it'll become a private press for my enormous pet projects. When I was editing a bi-monthly Greyhawk-focused magazine that exclusively supported Living Greyhawk, these kinds of articles fit like a glove. Now that issue is considerably more hazy.

Erik, you know that one of the traits forcibly developed by GH fans over the years is patience. We'll be happy to wait, for as long as necessary, for the completion of the series. We'd be happy to have it sooner, of course, but when you publish it, we'll be there to read it, fear not!

This also sounds pretty cool. Do you have anything specific in mind, or are you still working through this concept?

Bah, what's the point of being in charge if you can't abuse your power? ;)
