No - however a short ride south to Glen Burnie will put you in contact with both the Games Workshop US HQ and Games & Comic & Stuff a great FLGS that is currently adding a computer gaming section for online play to the store.
Had you asked six years ago I would have told you to go to The Armoury (Yeah the dice folks) - their HQ had a store run by "TheCaptain" a knowledgeble wargammer and avid mini painter. Sadly when Chessex bought the Armoury, they closed the store.
