Another vote for The Dreaming in Seattle (my favorite) as well as Gary's Games which has a huge used section of RPGs.

I don't think anybody has mentined Powell's City of Books 9 www.powellsbooks.com
1005 W Burnside St, Portland - (503) 228-4651 ) which is a huge new and used book store. By huge I mean all the buildings of an entire city block that have had their walls knocked out to make one large store. They have a wall of used RPGs and a sci-fi fantasy room larger than most other book stores.

As for Seattle...

Genesis Games & Gizmos: This is in Redmond, near Microsoft. It was one of the original Games & Gizmos stores, then it became the Wizkids store for a couple of years, and now some old G&G staffers brought it and renamed it yet again. Good all around store and great minis tables if you like that kind of game.

Games Plus: This is a bit further out, in Woodinville. Very good store, with a broad selection and lots of older games.

Alright, way to represent the 425.

Genesis Games & Gizmos
8912 161 St Ave NE
Redmond, WA 98052
This is in the Bella Botega shopping center, between 161 St Ave and Red-Wood Road, just south of NE 90th St. This place has a good collection 3.5 materials (and even some OSRIC) and also does board games and minis, plus it has some computers for networked gaming. It's also convenienly near food, movies, a pub, etc. The main guy is knowledgable and friendly -- he's usually to be found eating Pho.

12637 NE Woodinville Dr
Woodinville, WA 98072

Road names get a little strange in Woodinville, but essentially games plus is at the intersection of NE 175th St (the main East-West drag of "downtown" Woodinville) and Rt. 202 (which connects Woodinville to Redmond via wine country and an industrial wrong-side of the tracks area).
Games Plus has an amazing collection of old D&D stuff, including "vintage" Dragons and so forth. It's good at keeping up with the hobby too, and also does comics and board games. The owner and the other workers are friendly and knowledgeable.

In the general area, there's also Olympic Cards and Comics north of Olympia (between Seattle and Portland). It's a two story old (large) house converted into a Mecca of all things geek: comics, games, collectibles, action figures, etc. Gaby, the store owner, is very cool.
