Libris Mortis Errata for the Entropic Reaper?

I was just going over this critter and noticed a few errors in the stat block. Specifically in the attack blocks. The Entropic Reaper has a BAB of +9 and a strength of 29 (for a +9 strength modifier). Its attack is listed as: Large Scythe +13 melee (2d6+18 plus entropic blade, 19-20/x4) *, where the * denotes that the stats there already include power attack (which appears to be a 5-point power attack). It should read: Large Scythe +13 melee (2d6+23 plus entropic blade, 19-20/x4) *, as the creature is power attacking with a two-handed weapon.

That being said, this beast is listed as a CR 12, which kind of feels a little low.

Does anyone know if this is right (or if there is errata)?

I would rate it a CR 16 though. I thought it would be a nice challenge for my party in a previous adventure. Six level 14-15 character were almost completly destroyed by it. That CHA check is a pain to make.

Unless, of course, the PCs have access to flight. After looking it over again, it looks beastly, but doable as a CR 12.
