Libris Mortis: Mother Cyst questions?

The Mother Cyst feat from Libris Mortis allows a spellcaster access to several spells that create or exploit cysts in others. The feat further states that the spells are treated as they were chosen by the spellcaster using the Spell Mastery feat. Does a sorceror add these spells to his total known? Or does the sorceror have to use standard spell slots to use these spells?

I think a sorcerer has to learn them as normal. It says that the mother cyst grants you access to these spells, not that you get them.
Presumably a wizard has to learn them as well, even though he would not need to write them down in a spellbook.
