license terms of some old WotC content? like Moster Mayhem and some reviews...

and this other
Monster Mayhem Archive

but i'm also curios about other content out of print...

Please clarify your question. Only WotC knows if they will license any of the IP to someone. Is that the gist of your post?

They're not open game content. WotC retains the rights to those articles and everything else that's out of print.

If you just plan on incorporating the material into your home campaign, your fine of course. You could even reference the material on your home campaign website, although I wouldn't actually publish (or, well, plagiarize) any of the material . . . just reference it.

If you plan on incorporating the material into some sort of published product, for a fee or for free . . . don't. As mentioned above, none of it is "open content" in regards to the OGL.
