Liches?

I also have a lich-related request, I'm looking for a lich template appropriate for another monster type, specifically an outsider. Right now I'm looking at adapting some things from the alternate liches from Monsters of Faerun.

As I recall, The Secret College of Necromancy does a good job with Liches.

I'm not finding that, the only thing lich-related seems to be the lich spell which creates liches via the same suicide potion method described a hundred other places. Necromancy: Beyond the Grave has a section of a few pages on liches, but it's kind of weak/obvious like a lot of the book.

Mayfair had a module during 2E -- The Lich Lords, that was an outstanding module even if it hunkered around with some of the rules. It would be sweet to see them updated.
