Interestingly in 2e while the Outer Planes Monstrous Compendium Appendix has references to quasits in the larva and night hag entries, there is no quasit entry. You have to go to the later Planescape specific Monstrous Compendium Appendix to get stats for them.

There is a bit of a perspective shot going on in that picture. The wizard appears much closer to the viewer than the quasit. The quasit is listed as size small which just means smaller than five feet tall, and there is no text description of its size.

yeah and later editions put it at approx 2 feet tall

Back in the '80s, when on a visit to Chicago, I ran across a store that had all sorts of life-size movie maquettes - like the T-800 terminator, Alien, etc. If I'd had the money back then to get one of those, I would have gotten the Alien in a heartbeat.

Our local FLGS has a couple of the wall plaques, a full-sized character from MtG and a Pathfinder goblin displayed around the shop. I'm not sure if they were given them or bought them, but they certainly add color to the store. They even dress them up for Halloween...
