Because different people can use Aid Another to help you on a skill check, and that stacks.

It looks unclear. Adding 1 to overland speed, and adding 5 to the Track DC aren't necessarily bonuses. A bonus seems to be defined (page 275) as something added to a d20 roll. But if they are bonuses, they are untyped and should stack.

Obviously it's crazy for a hundred elves to run at fifty miles per hour, and no DM would allow it.
