Just saw this item on YouTube. It's plastic stands that you can slip images on monsters in and use them as minis in your game.

This is awesome since I am completely OCD about having the right mini for the monster. And so many 4e monsters still don't have minis or even decent proxies (*ahem* gibbering orb). And a lot of 4e modules have non-monster manual foes like blackspawn and achree that will probably never get an official mini. These are great because unlike cardboard tokens they stand up right alongside your existing minis and for the budget gamers who can't afford spending hundreds of dollars a month on the rare singles from several year old sets, you can have quality minis at the table. Just buy some real player minis and use these for the monsters.
