Little Question about the "Grease" spell

No, in previous editions it was specifically stated to not be (in)flammable.

The people who claim it was are just trying to get extra power out of their spells by tricking the DM (trip AND flaming oil damage, etc).

PS: Why do so many people use flammable when they mean inflammable?

I rule that it will catch fire, though it is hardly a significant amount of damage (1d4) and it burns off after one round.
