Let's not confuse Living Greyhawk with the actual Greyhawk setting and brand name. The fact that the former goes away, does not, in fact, mean the setting itself is suddenly dead. Shark, I have about 5 years of Dungeon and Dragon magazines sitting on my shelf that have enough Greyhawk material in it to back up my statement. Poll? F**K your poll? Who the hell cares what a stupid popularity contest among a few people that weren't lazy enough to just pass over the thread had to say. FACT is that it has never been WELL supported, but it has been supported. I have black and white (and a bit of color) print to support my argument. What do you have? A F-ing poll on a messageboard?! Now don't get me wrong. Unless it's WotC's pet projects, which don't include GH, it's not going to get a whole lot of support, but as long as there's writers like me and publishers on the inside of WotC's staff that are GH enthusiasts, there's still going to be enough Greyhawk material coming out to keep the setting alive. Any more than that and you have to turn to things like the OerthJournal, which is getting more and more momentum and energy and attracting bigger and more well-known authors to it each month (Rob Kuntz, anyone?). Sorry, Shark. The FACTS don't support the conspiracy theory sentiments and whining of "Greyhawk is dead, everyone! Wha! Wha!" You can call GH an old dog, Old Yeller, or what have you, but this dog ain't goin' down like that. This old dog will be sticking around for a while still.
