The sting would do 6 points of damage, but it mainly just pokes a hole in the orc, and the orc doesn't seem to care. 1 point of damage. The orc has 12 hp left.

The orc doesn't seem to have a bloodstream and ignores the poison.

Time compress full attacks with a 5-foot step west after each attack, until backed up to 100N5E. After that, full attacks while staying in place. It might take a while, but I might win this battle, and LN is nothing if not patient.
