LN vs. N: Lawful Neutral Victorious!

Otto (obscure reference about cold. Riddle me this, where is it from?) flies to 60N20E10Z and sends two daggers of force at the plant. Otto is already manifested, and remember his scary appearance, if plants even care.

Round 327

OOC: Is it from the Simpsons episode where Homer dubs himself "Mr. Plow"? ;)

The plant is hit for 6 points of damage and has 60 hp left.

The plant heals back to 66 hp and 'runs' to 65N30E. As it gets closer, it becomes concerned about Otto's appearance, enough to wither away! (Rolled 14 Fort save) It takes 3 Str damage, 4 Dex damage, and 2 Con damage. It now has 57 hp.

OOC "Riddle me this" was a clue, and yes, I really knew it. I remember stupid things like that, and I watched way too much weekday afternoon TV in the '70's.

Five foot step to 60N25E and try to touch the plant. "It was Neutral that killed my wife and made me like this. You will pay, Neutral."

OOC If this thing keeps regenerating or fast healing at least 9 points of damage a round, it would take a miracle for Otto to win. Also, I am guessing that the plant cannot hurt Otto. I suppose Otto could keep damaging it, just to set the record for longest battle, but if Otto strongly suspects that the thing heals too quickly to damage effectively, he will fly high up for the draw. For now, Otto is hoping that the plant does not regenerate cold damage.

OOC I used to watch it all the time, too. I knew enough to search for the right thing, but I learned more about it than I thought I would. It says that Otto was the 'hated' one. Bizarre. Anyway, enough thread-crashing for me. :)

Round 328

OOC: Mr. Freeze from the original Batman series?

Otto touches the plant and deals 12 points of cold damage. It has 45 hp left.

The plant heals back to 55 hp and watches its two tendrils pass right through Otto.

Round 329: Otto flies up. The plant takes a futile AoO.

Round 333: A draw is declared.

A 20 foot long centipede moves to 50N40E.

Next up for LN: an unbodied. (EPH)

The unbodied goes first in round 334. You will do all the rolling.

OOC Yes, Otto Preminger played the role of Mr. Freeze. Now I just need an excuse to name some of my army Burgess, Cesar, Frank, John, Victor, Cliff, Roddy, Eartha, Julie, Vincent, Maurice, David, or Miss America (cannot remember her name).

A mongrelfolk-sized, glowing, white, disembodied brain floats into the arena to and charges the centipede to 50N35E. The centipede's AoO would hit, but it passes clear through Mouse. Mouse declares to the arena through the power of its mind, "I plan on doing today the same thing I plan on doing every day: take over the world." Mouse touches the centipede (rolled 8+2=10 for charge touch attack) for 5 points of damage. Go ahead, cent'.

OOC The centipede can do Mouse no harm, but it could try to run away inside the arena.

Round 335: Mouse misses. Cent misses.
Round 336: Mouse misses. Cent misses.
Round 337: Mouse hits for 6. Cent runs to 0N100E, and is hit on AoO for 3. Cent has 52 HP remaining.
Round 338: Mouse runs next to Cent. Cent runs to 100N100E, and is hit on AoO for 3. Cent has 49 HP remaining.
Round 339: Mouse runs next to Cent. Cent runs to 100N0E, and is not hit on AoO.
Round 340: Mouse runs next to Cent. Cent runs to 0N0E, and is not hit on AoO.
Round 341: MrntC. Crt 0N100E, and is hit on AoO for 1. Cent has 48 HP left.
Round 342: MrntC. Crt 100N100E, and is hit on AoO for 3. Cent has 45 HP.
Round 343: 100N0E, no hit.
Blah blah blah
Round 365: Mouse finally defeats the centipede. After missing 4 straight rounds, he fires a blast of fire at Cent for the victory. Mouse is at 20N25E10Z and has 18 PP left.

Neutral goes first in round 366. Go ahead, Gansk.
