OOC: Note that to any observer, it does not look as if Big E did anything after concentrating on the spell, because he is still blinking. I made the blinking before ethereal error with another ethereal dragon. To stop blinking and stay on the Ethereal Plane, Big E will have to take a standard action to dismiss the blink.

Arrigginito reluctantly realizes that, even with his superior mobility and range with breath weapon, he does not stand a chance against Big E. He dives down to 0N40E and buries himself, hoping to wait out the draw.
