Loads of new Light spells

Your 3rd level blinding flash allows blinding for 1d6 rounds regardless of save. I don't think there are any blinding effects at 3rd level that don't allow a save (could be wrong). Accordingly, IMO, the blinding effect should be negated if the save is successful.

Compare to cause blindness (3rd level cleric).

Suggestion: Lightbeam should be "Effect: Ray" instead of "Target: One creature." Then only give a Ref save vs. the blindness, not the damage since it would require a successful ranged touch attack. It seems to fit the spell description better. Otherwise, I love it.

Lightbeam
Evocation (Light)
(Duality, Smiting)
Level: Dru 1, Mys 1, Wiz/Sor 1
Range: Medium (100 ft +10 ft/level)
Effect: Ray
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Partial (see text)
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell projects a beam of intense light from the caster’s hand. If you succeed at a ranged touch attack with the ray, it deals the target 1d4 damage per caster level (max 5d4), and blinds the target for 1 round. A successful Reflex save negates the blindness. Undead take 1d6 damage per level from this spell (max 5d6).

[Edit: OK, I just read the rest of the thread and see that you don't like ranged touch attacks. sorry.]
