*bump*

You know, I'm getting the strangest things happen when I view this thread. Most times it opens in an old condition, with only two votes and with only my original post showing. And it keeps getting sorted to the position corresponding to the date I originally posted it. While on the other hand, other threads show up with the 'new posts' icon and listed at recent dates, but with the same number of posts listed as when I saw them days ago, and with no new posts available when I click on the thread's entry in the forum list.

It's odd. I wonder how I clear all my old cookies.

Well, I picked Sitting on straight chairs around a high (eg. card or dining) table, but in my main group it's really a conference table and we've got nice, comfy conference room chairs with thick cushions. We play at someone's office, which makes for a great environment--very little distractions.

I can imagine. I am contemplating building a house soon, and I am thinking of putting in a conference room for playing RPGs in.

Ok, three people voted for the last option. Oh, puleeze. Nobody wears latex clothing anymore!:D

Seriously, I wouldn't want to play on the floor or coffee table. Too many distractions, and too hard to keep stuff organized, I would think. I'll take the good old dining room table any time.

My group plays on sofas & chairs around a coffee table. I admit, it does get bothersome with how many dice, books and/or papers we lose, but that'smost likely because we have entirely too many dice, books and/or papers in our vicinity.

But we all smoke, so we definitely need a table. I would really love to play in a conference room where I work, but something would just feel wrong about having to explain to a superior or older co-worker who happened to come by to get a little extra work done that me and my friends here were just playing a little "dee-yun-dee...."

"Well.... it's a game...."
