Logging Out and Clearing Cookies

Is it possible to change the site's code so I don't have to clear my cookies every single time I try to log out? Normally, this would be a small thing, but I have several other sites that I don't really want to keep having to re-log back into everytime I go there.

Hmmm. You should only have to do that the one time, Steve, dating from a software switchover. After that it should work flawlessly.

Suggestion: try logging out (even if you have to do it the hard way) and refreshing your bookmarks.

F5 will refresh the current page you are on.

When you clear cookies you don't have to clear *all* of your cookies, just the EnWorld ones. In FireFox you can go to Tools | Options and then click the Privacy button in the left. Go down to Cookies and choose View Cookies. Scroll down to the EnWorld.org cookies and remove those. IE will have something similar.

F5 solved the problem. Now here's a new question. Did the login names for the old reviews page not get ported over to the new design? I've tried to log in under d20 Magazine Rack so I can add some reviews and am getting a invalid user page. When I ask for the login/password to be sent, I'm told the email doesn't exist. Ideas here?

The reviews logins are gone. When the system merged the databases it associated the incoming reviews by name match. When it couldn't find a name, it filed them under user Messageboard Golem. However, the old names are still in the database, and at the end of the month I'll be writing a utility to allow the moderators to reassign reviews based on the old user name.

So Steve, you can either post the reviews under your current user name, or create an alt account for the d20 reviews posts.
