[QUOTE="Methuslah, post: 1639614, member: 5219"] Hello, everyone! Well, I’ve got the room. I actually didn’t get the room I wanted, but ended up just down the road! The place is the ‘Three Crowns’, formerly known as the ‘Jolly Gardener’. I managed to get us the function room; I’ll fess up and say it took some doing. The room is free; but part of the deal was that we eat there. It’s no hardship as there isn’t much in the way of restaurants nearby, and the food is very good. The address is 266, Twickenham Rd, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 7DT. We’ll be playing between noon and eight; two slots for games. We’ve already got a Hackmaster Tournament planned in the convention, as well as games of D&D, Feng Shui and others. The boardgame table will be present – indeed there has been a lot of demand for it. The plan as I have it at the moment is as follows; the first session (12 – 4) will have six or so games running, and a few other things going on as well. We should have a panel talking on ‘The State of the British Games Industry’, a Used Game Auction, and a few other bits and pieces. Anyone who wants to bring something for a stall, get in touch. I’m hoping to have a few demos running during that session also. The second session will be all gaming. We’ve already got some good stuff going on; including the first Official London Hackmaster Tournament; I think the first in England. We still need lots of DMs; if you want to run a game then email me with a brief description. Pick-up is very good as regards people; we’ve already got 50 people and I’m thinking we’ll double that figure on the day. (Amoung other things, we’re getting a free advert in the local paper!)
