Looking for a few more players in london ontario. We play on saturdays, from about 2pm to some time at night (8 PM - 2 AM, just depends how long everyone wants to play). We play 2 Saturdays out of 3, or sometimes 3/4, and I keep everyone up to date via regular emails.
The System:
We play using a heavily modified 3.5e system, with things drawn from Pathfinder, a few ideas from 4e, a couple small ideas inspired by white wolf, and a bunch of houserules.
Almost all of the houserules are in a printed book (Binder), which the players can see at any time (that the book isnt in use by someone else)
The Setting: Mostly Forgotten Realms, with some interplanar travel, and possibly some setting hops may occur (entirely up to player decisions, as Planescape, and Spelljammer, are both methods of inter-planar travel).
The Current time is the end of 1372 DR. The plot (in the Realms) has the Cult of the Dragon as the main antagonists at the moment. However, presently the players are dead (really bad battle tactics) and they're going on a little sideplot involving their spirits, starting in the Fugue Plane).
The plot is malleable, and the players are not going to be forced down a specific major path.
The Options:
Most character concepts are allowed, with a max starting ECL of 3. This includes non-standard races. Forgotten Realms Races are considered 'standard' but planar creatures will be allowed on a case by case basis. If you really want you could be from Sigil, or Ravenloft. Open-minded like that, but if you're from another plane, then you'll have to have some sort of interesting story to back it up.
A few classes are altered, and there are some classes that are available which players will likely have never encountered/used before (as they are unpublished, or come from the web, like ENWorld for example).
Present Characters:
Goblin Wizard
Drow Cleric
Satyr Druid
Moonelf Rogue
The Rogue is out of town until September, and the Druid is rather unreliable. Hence looking for new players. You don't have to be soemthign THIS exotic. The players just kindof went with it.
