I did not know there was a Creature Catalog forum. I learn something new on these forums every day that I am on. At the above link in House Rules, I was asking for help (more like someone else to do the work) designing a new Fiend that I had a picture and idea for, with little else. If you read through the previous thread I started, it has some ideas and what I am looking for, though I will summarize them here for ease. The second link is a direct link to the picture of said creature.
Now onto what I am looking for:
After the last thread I started, I was able to narrow down what I want Mace to be. I am looking for someone big, bad, and well, Epic. The drawing is based off one of my players characters from another system, and I want to do him justice. Strength is VERY key. He needs a way to spend time "focusing" that will allow him to increase his Strength. Someone had already proposed and interesting idea requiring Concentration checks that I think will work. At first, I was thinking low Dexterity, but Mace is VERY fast, possibly with a permenant Haste effect as an Extraordinary Ability. He would also have a strong Charisma, simply by the force of his evil presence (even though he is not much of a looker). The remaining stats should also be rather high, though they are not so "key." (Yes, I know I am asking for a cheese-like level of the stats.)
He would be Large, though be treated as one size larger. (This was also suggested in the previous thread.) His face would grant him a "wounding" bite attack that would continue to bleed unless healed. The mace in his hands is of course his namesake, and should be equally vicious.
I can answer more questions and give my opinion as needed, though I am not sure what else to say. I do not have much/any real experience with Devils/Demons/Yugoloths, which is why I am asking for this assistance. Mechanics wise, that is all I have for now, though the last half of my initial post I am going to give some information along the lines of a Character Profile/Overview for the last of it for any who are interested to read it. I appreciatte any help that can be given.

Mace Cannon was a general and major combatant in The Blood War. He fought in it during the times before time, some would say. After a long, distinguishing career in The War, things went downhill for a while.
Mace was summoned and bound, against his will, to the Material Plane. The Wizard who bound him new his Magics, and made the his bindings of several spells. The first, which was permenant, was essentially his leash, allowing him to only leave and go when and where his Captor wished. The second, which was made to be renewed/renewable, prevented Mace from harming his captor. The third and final, which was also made to be renewed/renewable, bound Mace to do his captor's will. For many years, Mace was bound like this, waiting for the day his captor would eventually die allowing him his freedom to retrun to his post in The War.
This was not to be. As the wizard was dieing, he taught the secrets of these powerful bindings to his favored apprentice, passing on Mace's captivity. And so it continued for 37 generations of Masters and Apprentices. Though this was not to last.
After time, each subsequent generation began attaining less power than the one before, and less respect for the captive. Eventually, the magics binding Mace were not strong enough to hold him and bend his will. Mace slew his captor gaining his freedom.
Mace had spent so long away from The Blood War, he felt out of place upon his return. Unable to enjoy The War like before, Mace returned of his own volition to the Material Plane. In the time he already spent there, he had almost grown human in some things. He found there were people he would protect, willingly, he also still truly feared and respected him and his power. These became his "children."
In 37 generations of man, Mace learned much of warfare, strength in battle, and the cunning of man. Upon his return to the Material Plane Mace had one thought, one goal....to end The Blood War. Not out some benevolance, but simply to prove his strength. He wishes to stop The War simply because he thinks he can, and his "children" only aid in his quest.
He is still evil. Not because he goes out of his way to be so, but simply because it suits him. Though he is VERY paternal to his "children."
-----------------------
Mace is going to be the BBEG behind the scenes of my campaign in the works. The major story arc is slightly laid out above, being Mace's attempt to end The Blood War. The pc's will have to figure out if they wish to stop him, or help him, and why either way. I want him to be amazing and memorable, and hope to get some (ALOT) help. Thanks in advance.
