Lookin' for a spell

Without the PHB handy, I'm looking for a spell that either increases CHA, or more specifically, Diplomacy and/or Intimidation. Anybody know of one, off the tops of your heads?

I believe EAGLES SPLENDOR will increase your Chr1d4+1 for an hour per level.

Eagle's splendor, not in the PHB, it's in T&B I think. But then again there aren't any charisma increasing spells in the PHB. Might be some to sway a creature to think more along the lines of how you think but that's about it. But then again casting a spell in front of people that you are trying to persuade usually defeats the purpose of trying to persuade them, specially when they feel the tingly feeling if they pass the save.

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going with Command. Not exactly the effect I was looking for, but it's for the creation of a magic weapon... so the effect only needs to be close, not exact. That, and it's OGC.

Yep, it is... they included all the mental stat buffers in T&B. Why they aren't in the PH, I don't know.
