Demon God's Fane is 3.0.

There was a 3.0 version. A patch is available if you have the old version, and the version you buy now would be 3.5.

I believe it was actually a DTRPG freebie for a bit.

I'll vouch for this one. The adventure itself is a bit flawed, but there are lizards galore!

(my players are now sick of lizards)

yeah but it's still fun! Not the best of the AoW adventures, but certainly pretty decent for Lizardfolk.

I bought it back when it was on rpgnow originally and was 3.0. I didn't know it had updated, I didn't get it from dtrpg when it was free because I thought I already had it :\ . The power level/CR of some demons changed significantly in 3.5 so I'd be interested in how he updated it but I've never been able to get his upgrade patches to work and won't pay for the upgrades now that I've already run the module (and converted it myself).

The patches are fine and they are worth paying for IF you have the books. (That's what I did before Complete Book of Eldritch Might came out, bought the PDF updates.)
