Looking for 1 or 2 4E Players in Columbus Ohio

My group has experienced some attrition and could use some new blood. If you're in central Ohio, and interested in checking out D&D 4th ed, reply to this post and we'll arrange a meeting of some kind so we can see if there's a fit.

I am in Columbus, Ohio and am seeking a group DESPERATELY for 4e. I am very familiar with the rules and have the books. My girlfriend would probably be interested in playing as well if you have room.

I wouldn't mind getting into a second group, my current group meets every other week and we're losing our DM so who knoooows what will happen.
Let me know! If the previous poster's girlfriend plays, my wife might want to join in too! Or if there are already women in the group... Shes just sick of being the only female at the table.

As for room, we currently have myself and 4 other players, but we don't always have all 5 people every week. The reason why we're looking for more people is that we want to have more consistency -- often, when we only have 2 or 3 people, we have to cancel the game, which isn't much fun for those of us who planned on playing.

I'll ask the DM how many is too many. I'm sure we can accomodate at least 2 more, and honestly, I'd like to have some female gamers in the group for some diversity.

When you email me, I'll give you more info on when we meet, the current status of our game(s), etc.

I am still looking to start a 4e group. I have been playing since 1st. edition and I know the 4e rules very well. I can DM if we really need it but my love is more toward the playing aspect. I could also just DM every now and then when you might need a break or rotate ourselves out. Would you be interested in hooking up with me, Cincinnatus? My girlfriend might be interested in playing too. I have a couple campaign settings I am exploring that you might have great interest in, including Dawnforge and Midnight.
