I'm looking for players to join a new weekly game I'm trying to get started. Sadly, my usual gaming group can't commit to more than our current Friday night game, and I'm really anxious to get this game going.
I'd like to run the campaign in the Iron Knidoms setting from Privateer Press (http://www.ironkingdoms.com). I'd be adding elements from Freeport (http://www.greenronin.com/) and Monte Cook's Ptolus campaign (http://www.montecook.com/).
Ideally I'm looking for adults who can meet on a weekly basis (Probably Sundays, but I'm flexible). I've got a full-time job and a family, and the group would be built around the philosophy that real life comes first, but let's all try and game on a weekly basis when possible.
I usually prefer role-playing over roll-playing, and while I also expect people to show ready to game, always remember it's just a game, and some silliness and goofing around is not only allowed, but expected.
If you smoke that's fine, but you'll have to step outside (as I do) since I don't smoke in my house, and try to limit smoke breaks as much as you can. If you're of legal age and want to bring a couple of beers or whatever (as I occasionally do), that's fine, just don't get drunk or I won't let you drive.
Esseentially, I'm looking for easy-going people who want to have some fun and don't mind the occasional bad pun.
