Hmmm...

What about Swashbuckler? I'm not sure, but I believe it has those skills... and while it has 4 skill points/level, it does give some other nice benefits (and Int synergy).

The Marshal. Not as many skill points as you might like, but Skill Focus: Diplomacy is a bonus feat, AND you can grab a useful Aura at the same time.

Hell, grab Motivate Charisma and you can add double your CHR bonus to his Bluff, Diplomacy, Perform, and other Charisma based skills.

Harper Mage prestige class. Why ditch the wizard levels when you can continue as Wizard progression while still getting better skill points and skill selection?

I'd agree with Mistwell on this one...keep your spellcasting and get the social skills. You could always tweak it for your Campaign to up the skills and drop some of the blessings. Harper Mage can be found in the Magic of Faerun book...

And it will also give your wizard Harper Lore (i.e. Bardic Lore) which is a handy little function for a wizard to have.
