DCC 35 from Goodman Games, Known World Gazeteer. Pretty generic as the setting for the Dungeon Crawl Classics, and a pretty good setup for POL with ancient non human empires that fell throughout its history.
I like the Illustrated Encyclopedia of the World of Warhammer Fantasy RPG or whatever the book is called. No stats but a good overall breakdown of the WFRPG world with generic brittain and continental medieval empire plus nations of elves, dwarves, demons, undead, etc.
Illustrated Guide to the Wheel of Time is pretty nice, provides a gazetteer of the nations, has magic and monsters, but a lot of world metaplot since it is in the middle of the novels and has a world specific Robert Jordan vibe.
I heard good things about the Troll Lord Games Setting of Erde which has d20 and Castles and Crusades versions of it out there. The reviews I read suggested it was fairly D&D vanilla with perhaps a little german slant to it.
