Looking for a feat

I'm pretty certain that there is a feat which allows a caster to cast a summon spell as a standard action. Anyone point me to it?

There is the Rapid Summoning class feature of the specialist wizard conjurer variant (Unearthed Arcana). It requires that a wizard give up the summon familiar ability.

I'm not sure if there is a feat that does the same thing, though.

I have used that feat recently for the BBEG to give him chance to cast a planar ally spell in just 1 minute rather than the full 10 (plus 1 round to sort out a quick deal). Makes a nice addition to the end fight
