I need to looking for list third party character class and magic spell

I don't think there is any such thing.

A couple of products out there do collect a bunch of stuff in one place- usually 3Ed (not 3.5) products like AEG's Feats or FF's Book of All Spells.

But I personally can't think of anything like a list (or Wiki, for that matter) of ALL 3PP Feats or Classes.
