Been buying minis since 1977- I can't say I've EVER seen a mini that combined plate armor with a furry pelt of any kind.

I think you can find them in ebay or amazon... actually, I have a friend that just bought some minis at Sea miniatures on Ebay, and he told me they were cheap and good quality. Good luck!

The Barbarian Mercenary from WotC's minis line doesn't have a plate mail but it has a wolf pelt and a two-handed sword (and it's cheap). See Ebay for example.

You could go for a plastic GW Chaos Warrior, make one hand weapons free (cut away the weapon) and make the sword in the other hand bigger (maybe use a plastic two-handed sword from another kit or just glue two swords together). You could lean the sword on his shoulder and maybe glue in a decapitated head in the other. it's perfect for a heavily armed and armored warrior as long as you cut away those chaos icons, it's the perfect buff warrior...

ps. I have a better track record with weapon swaps in plastic then in tin (unless I can pin it, which is difficult to do with a sword). Keep in mind that it will often be picked up by the two handed sword to move it around.
