Looking for a nastier version of a Carrion Crawler

Neothelid from XPH/psionic srd is sort of similar in that it is a big worm with facial tentacles but it also has psionics.

Well, you can always advance the creature according to the MM. Or you could get the book by Lion's Den Press called, err, umm, Classics of Fantasy (I think that's it). It does a variation on the creature that's rather good and is scalable.

If the ass-less leather chaps had magical properties the loot whores in my group would probably fight over them. Come to think of it, that makes for a good experiment...
