Looking for a nation template

I really like this. If you aren't going to publish it, can you post some basic information about Conflict Scores, Health & Wealth rolls, etc.

I am not sure what to do with the rather large manuscript (over several docs). If there is an interest I would like to publish it. At the moment it is a 3.5/Saga hybrid that we played leading up to end of 3.5. (Mostly 3.5 with trained skills at +5 [no skill points]).

Well, I definitely wouldn't mind having a look-see, but if you'd rather not make it freely and publicly available at the moment, that's fine, too.

Having thought about it, even if I was to go for publishing (even though I haven't yet), it wouldn't hurt to have others cast their eyes over it.

Sorry, I don;t mean to hijack thread.

It consists of several word docs. What would be the best way to give a few of you who are interested a look at the whole shebang, without actually making it open for all?

This is odd, as I did this all some time ago and haven't looked at it in a while. Way back when I did it I spruked it on the threads, but no-one seemed interested ;)

Sure.
If you would like a look (and help me develop it, possibly for publication). Please email me at:

connors1@austarnet[dot]com[dot]au

Use subject 'realms rules' if you would (and please remind me of your name here on ENWorld).

@Gnome Works: Totally off-topic, but were you the one that had that campaign setting with all the groupings of 3 power sources? (And if so, have you converted it to 4e yet)?

Sounds like my setting, and I know I mentioned it around here some time ago, so it's very possible.

I've decided that 4e is not to my liking, so... nope, haven't converted. The various power sources lose a lot of feel in the conversion - part of their charm was that each power source had an at least slightly different resource management system, and several were not very combat-oriented in nature, if at all. Those two concepts don't jive well at all with where 4e goes.

That's not to say that I haven't tried. I've put many hours into thinking about how they would work, and even started an attempt at converting one. However, 4e is a lot less flexible than 3.5, in terms of doing different things with powers, so it proved to be rather difficult.

Given, this may be published sometime in the future (fingers crossed) I do not want it too accessable.

I have emailed a zipped version to a couple of those that requested it, and have done so in confidence that they will honor this. I consider them to be 'proofreaders', as I guess everything that is published needs to be seen by several people first.

Thanks to all for the interest. Just wondering whether you have given the template a go Kzach? To your liking?

I can post an eg or 2 of realms I have done (or are working on, as all are works in progress).

Cheers, C
