Looking for a paragon class from a dragon magazine article

I've been thinking about making a 4e character, and I came upon a character idea from an old ideas folder. It was a class from dragon that allowed you to use different spellcasting abilities together (so you start as one class and take the multiclass feats for others). I want to look into it, but I can't remember the name or issue, and my notes were ideas and not details! Sigh.

Not looking for someone to post the data, just the name and issue is more than enough for me to find it in my digital archives.

You are probably thinking of Resourceful Magician, from Dragon 376. It's a Bard PP that gives minor bonuses for certain arcane MC feats (generally the earliest ones for a given class), has a very powerful E11, and then at 16 lets you start swapping any arcane multi class you have.
