Uncalled for... Foul...
Clark,
If you went back and reread my post you'll notice I edited my response. I had meant to say all of theos things are PI but in a brain cramp/dyslexic fugue state I inadvertantly said the complete opposite. I did read the PI and OGL paragraphs (in their itty-bitty print) and even mentioned in my post that AU is willing to talk about PI in other peoples work.
Your "Crack" comment was uncalled for. Just becaue I can't regurgitate the SRD/OGL verbatim doesn't mean I don't understand am unable to help out someone who is asking questions I'm asking myself and looking for answers. Your statement sir, was rude. Not so rude I'm going to cry about it, just rude enough that I feel it is necessary to remind you about civil discourse.
You were correct in my errors and corect in warning me of the potential harm that error could possibly cause, but your method was a bit crass.
I am one of many others that sees the OGL as as way to take the rpg world to a new level and I'm eager to be part of that. I understand the importance of getting it right, especially since it may be an OGL there is a BIg Brother and PI issues to always keep in mind. I just beg you sir to please refrain from scaring away those who make simple errors and perhaps if understanding the OGL is a cause you champion you should mentor yourself to those like me who want to know and understand so they can better serve the rpg community at large.
