Looking for a Replacement for Rapid Shot

There are feats that say "This feat counts as ‘Blank’ for purposes of qualifying for other feats, prestige classes, etc."

I was wondering if there existed a feat that replaced Rapid Shot?

you should just take rapid shot.

Character being built is a scout and will never take full round actions. Eventually becoming the prestige class Order of The Bow Initiate which requires Rapid Shot but it will ultimately be useless.

My scout/ranger mix had rapid shot and was able to use it because he wasn't always able to move the 10' to trigger the skirmish damage. He appreciated the versatility to be able to make effective full round actios or being able to move 10' and get the skirmish damage. I don't think I would dismiss the need for rapid shot so quickly.

There are also tons of ways to move 10 ft and still full attack in the books... It just can be expensive or require multiclassing you're not able to make.
